We offer channels from Europe and Rest of the world. If a channel or country you want is missing from the list, you can contact us to indicate your request.

Do you offer EPG?

If you use the TV4K app, the EPG will be loaded automatically. If you are using other applications, you may need to add EPG link externally.

Which app should I use?

If you have an Android OS device, it will be easier and more compatible to use the TV4K app. If you do not have an Android device, you can find the most suitable application for you in the store.

Do you have an app for IOS?

Unfortunately, we don't have an iOS app for now. You can use alternative apps for iOS (Smarters Lite.)

Can I edit my bouquet list?

We can do this for you if you let us know which countries you would like to have on your list.

Can I use your service on MAG?

Yes you can use our service on any MAG Device.

Which payment methods do you offer?

You can make your payment only with Cryptocurrency.

Can I use two devices at the same time on one subscription?

You can use it on more than one device, depending on the package you purchased.

How long will it take to receive my order?

After your payment is completed, your subscription will be created automatically and your credentials will be sent to you by e-mail.

I made the payment, but the credentials for my subscription did not come to my e-mail address?

Make sure the money is withdrawn from your account after making the payment. Payments made with crypto can take up to 30 minutes to complete the transaction. If the money has been withdrawn by you, there may have been a system error. Contact us via ticket. (Check spam box also)

Response time to tickets on Support?

If you contact us via a ticket, you will receive a response within a few hours at the latest, depending on the conditions.

My service is not working, what should I do?

Try using a different device/app. Make sure you type your credentials correctly and make sure your line is working (you can try to download your line via browser directly). If you live in United Kingdom, the ISP you use, during Premier League matches may be blocking your IPTV service. Please try with VPN.

I'm facing to buffering issues with channels. What is happening?

First, check your internet connection or router and restart it, and check the device's settings where you use your IPTV subscription. If you still have issues, Try watching on a different device, if the problem is still not resolved, you can contact us via Live chat or ticket.

My device or app is running very slow, what should I do?

You should prefer to lower the contents in your list. If you contact us and tell us which countries you want to be on your list, we will help you with this. (Movies and TV shows can cause the app and your device to run slow.)

How much bandwidth does the IPTV stream use?

Our IPTV streams use the latest H264 technology, offering the best compression and quality. The IPTV stream sizes are roughly around 8 Mbit.
